Jim Flannery was born and (mostly) raised in Calgary, AB, graduating from the University of Calgary in 2004 with a B.A. in English with a minor in Political Science. These days, he works full time as a health and safety professional and spends much of his free time on his first passion, writing. He is a regular contributor to Stadium Journey and In Lacrosse We Trust and is also the senior editor at In Lacrosse We Trust. He also provides freelance services to businesses needing web content.
Odds are pretty good that Jim dislikes you on general principle, as he dislikes most of humanity, but if you found your way to this page, he’ll most likely give you the benefit of the doubt, at least at first.
Jim is happily married, currently lives in Lethbridge, AB, and is inordinately proud of his lightsaber collection, considering that he’s a grown-ass man.
